Your information is used for processing parking fine payments, verifying your identity, sending payment confirmations, and communicating about the status of your fine.

We process your data in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and on the basis of contractual necessity to process your fine payment.

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only with the Transport Department or relevant enforcement authority responsible for your fine, our payment processor, and parties required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, typically 7 years following payment completion in accordance with statutory requirements.

6. Your Rights

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@parkingfines.example.hk.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. All transmissions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.
